DEFINATIONS:
                              In these TERMS & CONDITIONS, Glory TravelMart Sdn.  Bhd. own and operate the travel+ CLUB  REWARDS membership program described as a Business-to-Business (B2B) and  Business-to-Customer (B2C) Loyalty Program designed to involve various tourism  related business communities to participate as provider of products and  services offering multi-representation in its rewards to MEMBERS as an  acknowledgement given for support and patronage. 'Program' refers to the travel+ CLUB REWARDS membership  program. 'Member' is defined as an above 18 years of age individual who is  resident of Malaysia  that maintains a valid membership. The 'Card' refers to the travel+ CLUB REWARDS membership card,  or any other designated card. 'Account' is defined as Member's Points record. 'Gifts' are described as the goods and/or services offered by Glory  TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. (herein referred as the owner and operator) to Members in  exchange for sufficient amount of Points while 'Privileges and Discounts' denotes concessions and savings extended by Participating Companies for Members  enjoyment. 'Membership' means  those arrangements by which a Member agrees to participate in the program and  receives Points, Privileges and/or Discounts by purchasing qualifying goods and  services from Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. and/or Participating Companies and so  qualifies for Gifts, Concessions and/or Savings respectively under these Terms  & Conditions. Reference to 'Participating Companies' are those  companies (and other persons) who supply qualifying goods and services offering  Concessions and/or Discounts or in respect of which Points will be credited  under the program. 'Supplier' means Gifts provider or company/persons  that are engaged by Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. to supply the Gifts.  'Participating Companies' are defined as, Suppliers, Service Suppliers,  Contractors, Vendors, Agencies, Agents or Persons, which are appointed by Glory  TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. for purposes of managing various aspects of the travel+ CLUB REWARDS membership  program.
                              
                              MEMBERSHIP:
                            
                              - Membership is renewable on yearly       basis by means of an annual membership fee of RM20.00 and must agree to be       bound by these Terms & Conditions as varied from time-to-time.
 
                              - Application is open to all       residents of Malaysia       and only an individual above the age of 18 years may be member.
 
                              - Membership Card will be       issued to a Member upon approval of acceptance including the activation of       Login Username and Password to access into Member Center       of the Website under the domain names of www.glorytravelmart.travel, www.travelplus.com.my or www.trulymalaysia.com.my. 
 
                              - A member must notify Glory TravelMart       Sdn. Bhd. of a loss or damaged Membership Card. A fee of RM20.00 will be       charged for a replacement.
 
                              - The Card is not transferable       and it's used to earn Points for Gifts and gain Privileges and/or Discounts       are exclusive for Members with valid membership.
 
                              - To enjoy Privileges and Discounts       at Participating Companies establishments/outlets and that qualifying       goods and services are appropriately concluded, Member must present a valid       Membership Card before a transaction. 
 
                              - Points earned are not       transferable nor can it be exchanged for cash other than its sole purpose       to redeem Gifts.
 
                              - In the event that the Membership       expires or is terminated by either party, its benefits to earn Points for Gifts       and gain Privileges and/or Discounts will be discontinued including the termination       of Login Username and Password to deny access into Member Center of       the Website under the domain names of www.glorytravelmart.travel, www.travelplus.com.my or www.trulymalaysia.com.my. Likewise, it will result in forfeiture of remaining points in a       Member's Account.
 
                              - Request for Annual       Membership Renewal must be executed minimum 3 days before expiry of       present Membership term. Only then remaining Points in a Member's Account       is carried forward to the next term of Membership otherwise it will result       in forfeiture of remaining Points in a Member's Account.
 
                              - Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd.       reserves the right to refuse an application for Membership and       reserves the right not to disclose the reasons for such refusal. 
 
                              - Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd.       reserves the right to withdraw the Card at any time or terminate Membership       or both as and when necessary without notice and for any reason, including       if the Member fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions:-
                                
                                  - Supplies  any misleading information or makes any misrepresentations to Glory TravelMart  Sdn. Bhd. or to any Participating Companies in connection with travel+ CLUB REWARDS; or 
 
                                  - Abuses  any privileges and discounts accorded to the Member under the Program; or
 
                                  - Engages  in any fraudulent activities under the Program; or 
 
                                  - Is  deceased or is declared a bankrupt; or
 
                                  - Displays inappropriate behavior  against any member of Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. staff.
 
                                
                               
                              
                              - Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd.       reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Program at any time it       deems necessary. In such a case, Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. shall give       advance notice to members in the manner Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. deems       appropriate. 
 
                              - Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd.       reserves the right to omit, add or amend the Membership Terms and       Conditions with no prior notice. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions       will supersede the existing Membership Terms and Conditions. 
 
                              - A Member must edit       immediately of any change to Member's Profile established in the Member Center of the Website under       the domain names of www.glorytravelmart.travel, www.travelplus.com.my or www.trulymalaysia.com.my for notification and verification purposes.
 
                              - Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd.       reserves the right to utilize member database information for marketing       purposes.
 
                              - Any tax arising from a       Member's participation in the Program is the sole responsibility of the       Member.
 
                              
                            COLLECTING POINTS:
Typically, only from an initiated internet/online purchase  of every One (1) Ringgit Malaysia by a Member of the qualifying goods and  services offered in the Website under the domain names of www.glorytravelmart.travel, www.travelplus.com.my or www.trulymalaysia.com.my, Glory  TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. and/or Participating Company shall reward an equivalent of  one (1) redemption point otherwise specified. Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. and  Participating Companies will from time-to-time determine which goods or  services are qualifying goods and services and the number of points that will  be recorded in a Member's Account for such purchases. Glory TravelMart Sdn.  Bhd. and Participating Companies may also from time-to-time offer exclusive  promotions for specified groups of Members. Changes in Participating Companies,  the Points issuance rate and the offers, may be made without prior notification  to Members.
                            The followings apply for a Member to be entitled to  Points:-
                            
                              - Points will be  recorded in a Member's Account immediately only when Member initiate an internet/online  purchase for qualifying goods and services from a Participating Company offered  in the Website of domain names, www.glorytravelmart.com.my / www.travelplus.com.my or www.trulymalaysia.com.my; and
 
                              - For verification members are required  to submit their Login Username and Password including an assigned valid  membership number in a secured internet page to ensure that qualifying goods  and services are appropriately concluded.
 
                            
                            Points cannot be redeemed until it is credited to the Member's Account.  Points will be recorded in the Member's Account only after the Participating  Company has notified Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. of the details of the relevant  transaction.
                              
                              All qualifying goods and services offered by Participating Companies  adopt a no refund policy. A Member who has  collected Points for such qualifying goods or services from Participating  Companies may not be eligible for any refund for the relevant transaction. 
                              
                              Member's Account information is put to view in the Member Center  of the Website under the domain names of www.glorytravelmart.travel, www.travelplus.com.my or www.trulymalaysia.com.my. Points  earned are recorded as Points Available, is and the same as Points Balance  which is Points recorded and deducted during the period and the closing Points  Balance. These Points will be recorded instantly by the system applied or any  other predetermined interval depending on the frequency of notification from  the respective Participating Companies.
                              
                              Disputes arising over the Points Available must be  notified to Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. within seven (7) days from the date of  the relevant transaction. Members are requested to provide supporting documents  wherever applicable to assist Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. settle the dispute.  The Available Balance will otherwise be taken to be correct and binding on the  Member. Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd.'s decision on any such dispute is final and  binding.
                            Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. will not record Points given  by any company, nor entertain any dispute arising from a Participating Company  after they have ceased to be a Participating Company in the Program.
                            REDEEMING GIFTS:
                              Member with sufficient Points is eligible to redeem gifts  and can only do so by Login Username and Password to gain access into the  Member Center of the Website under the domain names of www.glorytravelmart.travel, www.travelplus.com.my or www.trulymalaysia.com.my to use the  redemption method implemented in the system by Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd.  Redemption orders once accepted by Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. cannot be  revoked, cancelled, returned or exchanged, and the affected Points will not be  reinstated. Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to decline  redemptions made through any other channel without any notification. Glory  TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. gives no representation or warranty with respect to any  products and/or services featured in the Member Center  as Gifts at its Redemption Page or other channels of redemption. In particular,  Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. gives no warranty with respect to the quality of the  Gifts or their suitability for any purpose. However, Members may liaise  directly with the Supplier according to the warranty awarded.
                            Certain Gifts, which are in the form of  certificates/vouchers are valid for use only at participating outlets or  Suppliers as mentioned on the certificates/vouchers and only for the specific  matters mentioned herein. The certificates/vouchers are valid for use until the  date specified and subject to the Terms and Conditions (which includes booking  requirements, cancellation restrictions, warranties and limitations of  liability) therein. If certificates/vouchers remain unused after date  specified, the certificates/vouchers will lapse and will not be replaced.  Issuance of dining, travel, or hotel accommodation voucher does not constitute  a reservation. The entitled Member is responsible for notifying and making all  reservations. Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. does not accept liability whatsoever  (including negligence) with respect to the Gifts supplied or in connection with  any Supplier's refusal to accept certificates/vouchers issued by Glory  TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. for the purpose of redeeming Gifts. Any disputes' arising  from this is solely between the Members and Suppliers. For general terms and conditions on vouchers, please refer  to Voucher Terms for more information.
                            PICK-UP/DELIVERY  OF GIFTS:
                              Upon receiving the redemption order from Members, Glory  TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. will attempt to process the redeemed Gifts to Members within  seven (7) working days but is not responsible to deliver the redeemed Gifts.  Members can collect the Gifts after fourteen (14) days from receiving our  advice informing approval of the redeemed Gifts directly from the office of  Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. as per the appended address:

                            Members are advised to examine all pick-ups Gifts upon  receipt. If a Member finds the Gifts faulty/damaged, he/she is to request for a  replacement immediately. Any disputes after signing receipt of the Gifts will  not be entertained and Members will be required to liaise directly with the  respective Suppliers according to the warranty information. 
                            Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible to deliver  the redeemed Gifts. If so requested by Members, an appropriate delivery charges  will be imposed for the following reasons:- 
                            
                              - Delivery within Malaysia  only, Peninsular and East Malaysia; or 
 
                              - Re-delivery of Gifts that have been returned as a  result of being unclaimed; or 
 
                              - Re-delivery of Gifts that have been returned under the  following circumstances i.e. incomplete address, P.O. Box addresses,  non-Malaysian addresses, person has shifted, no such person or for any other  failed delivery reasons; or 
 
                              - Urgent delivery (less than 1 week from process date). 
 
                            
                            When such request arises by Members, the Gifts will be delivered (at  Glory TravelMart. Sdn. Bhd.'s option), to the current address of the Member  shown in Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd.'s record or any other address as authorized  by the Member. Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. will  not deliver to P.O. Box addresses and addresses outside Malaysia.  Member/recipient of Gifts is obliged to present ID documentation to the  delivery staff, failing which the delivery staff has the right to refuse  delivery and will return the Gifts to Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. as unclaimed.  Delivery of Gifts will be made to the address as specified by the Member, or to  the occupants at the delivery address, and where such address is an office, to  any office staff. Such acknowledgment shall be deemed to be the acknowledgment  of the Member. 
                            Members requesting for the Gifts to be delivered are advised that Glory  TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible in whatsoever circumstances when  the Gifts are reported loss or damaged upon receiving. Any disputes will not be  entertained and Members will be required to liaise directly with the respective  provider, a company/person that Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. has  assigned/appointed/engaged on Members behalf to facilitate the delivery.
                            To the same, if Members upon receipt were to find that the Gifts as  delivered are faulty/damaged Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. will not entertain any  disputes and Members are required to liaise  directly with the respective Suppliers according to the warranty information. 
                            Members requesting for Gifts to be delivered do not  include installation cost; any installation cost incurred will be borne by  Members.
                            All Gifts unclaimed after two (2) months from the  redemption date (the day our advice informing approval) will be deemed as  forfeited. Points used will not be reinstated. It is the Member's  responsibility to contact Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. if the Gifts have not been  received after one (1) month from request.
                            All Gifts are subject to availability. Once redeemed,  these Gifts cannot be revoked, cancelled, returned or exchanged, and Points  will not be reinstated. Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to adjust  the Points required for redemption of Gifts, as well as replacing any Gifts  with other item of approximate equivalent value without prior notice. Glory  TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to refuse the redemption of any Gifts  or recall the redeemed item if Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. has any reason to  suspect the Points were fraudulently accumulated by the Member or wrongly recorded.
                              
                              All Gifts are subject  to such Terms and Conditions as are mentioned in the current Gifts schedule or  in any other Terms and Conditions relating to the Gift, as determined by the Suppliers,  including any ticket for airline travel. It is the Member's responsibility to  satisfy any Terms and Conditions imposed by an airline or other Suppliers  including advance booking requirements and any restrictions and/or fees payable  in respect of the cancellation or alteration of tickets.                            
                            DEDUCTION OF  POINTS:
                              The number of Points published for a Gift claimed by a  Member will be deducted from the Points Available, is and the same as Points Balance  of the Member's Account. Any Points, which are not used by a Member to claim a  Gift within his/her Membership period in which the Points were recorded, will automatically  be deducted/forfeited in full of the Points Available or Balance in a Member's  Account in the event that his/her Membership expires or is terminated by either  party.
                            
                              - Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. may also deduct from the  Points Available is and the same as Points Balance in a Member's Account, given  the following circumstances:- 
 
                              - Any Points suspected to be fraudulently recorded; or
 
                              - Any Points recorded in error; or 
 
                              - Any Points relating to a transaction which is  cancelled; or 
 
                            
                            Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to deduct  any such Points as stated above without notifying the Member.
                            POLICY ON  PERSONAL DATA:
                              Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. as owner and operator of travel+ CLUB REWARDS Program respect  the privacy of its Members. This is Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd.'s policy on  personal information collected through the Program. It is part of the travel+ CLUB REWARDS Membership Terms  & Conditions and that Members are fully aware of these Terms &  Conditions.
                            Any of this information may be used by, and shared  between Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. and its Business Partners where necessary to  operate the Program in order to provide Members with services relating to the  Program, to communicate with Members, to status Members, to promote offers to  Members, to fulfill Members' requests including redemption orders, and for  identification purposes. It is optional for a Member to provide the above  information; however, if a Member chooses not to do so, Glory TravelMart Sdn.  Bhd. may not be able to fulfill the services mentioned above. From time to  time, Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. may ask for additional information, to help  improve its services to Members, to create more opportunities for Members to  enjoy the Program, to follow up with Members for feedback or to help prevent  abuse of the Program. Also, Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. may automatically  collect other information about Members indirectly through its database such as  customer profile and consumer behavior. Any customer information (including  Members name and contact details) and consumer behavior but excluding  information that relate to specific goods or services that a Member buys, may  be used by Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. to analyze Members' activity on the  Program. Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. may also use that information, and share it  with the Business Partners in order to facilitate various services to the  Members, to extend Member benefits and special offers, and for marketing  purposes including planning, product development, telemarketing promotions,  research and other carefully screened marketing programs or activities, which Glory  TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. and/or the Business Partners believe are likely to  interest Members. Information regarding the specific goods or services a Member  buys from a particular Participating Company will not be passed to Glory  TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. or any other Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd.'s Business  Partners except where required to operate the Program. A Participating Company  with whom a Member uses his or her Card or take up an offer, may use  information about the specific goods or services which the Member registers  interest or purchases, to market to the Member or to update a database on which  the Member already appears and will be entitled to do this even if the Member  leaves the Program. Members can refer to participant list to view the list of  Participating Companies (which for these purposes include all companies in the  same legal group).
                            Each Member is responsible for an Account and so will  have access to information on all transactions on the Account that will only be  able to check the Points Available, is and the same as Points Balance on the  Account and details of Points collected by them is put to view in the Member  Center of the Website under the domain names of www.glorytravelmart.travel, www.travelplus.com.my or www.trulymalaysia.com.my by Login  their own Username and Password as initiated by themselves. Offers and marketing  materials may be sent to Members.
                            Members shall ensure that all personal detail provided to  Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. is accurate at the point of submission and that Glory  TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. is kept abreast and updated of any change in their  personal details. If for any reason a Member believes that his or her personal  information lodged with Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. is inaccurate or if a Member  would like to amend and reconfirm his or her personal information, they can Login  their own Username and Password as initiated by him/her self to get into Member's  Profile at the Member Center of the Website under the domain names of www.glorytravelmart.travel, www.travelplus.com.my or www.trulymalaysia.com.my to edit for  notification and verification purposes. Members shall ensure that Glory  TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. is kept abreast and updated of any change in their mailing  address.
                            Members are also requested to take special care to keep  their Login Username and Password confidential and not disclose it to anyone  else. Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for any abuse of the Login  Password. Should a Member believe that an unauthorized person has become aware  of their Login Password, as a Member he/she is obliged to get into the Member  Center of the Website under the domain names of www.glorytravelmart.travel, www.travelplus.com.my or www.trulymalaysia.com.my to immediately  facilitate change of his/her Password.
                            For as long as a Member remains in the Program and  maintains his/her travel+ CLUB REWARDS Membership, their information will remain with Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. Glory  TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. will take all practicable steps to ensure the security of  the data at all times from any unauthorized access. Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd.  will endeavor not to disclose any personally identifiable information to any  organization unless necessary to operate the Program and/or if Glory TravelMart  Sdn. Bhd. is legally required to do so by law. Members will be treated as  having given permission for disclosures referred to in this policy.
                            GENERAL:
                              Membership Cards are not transferable and are the  property of Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. Points, and any rights they award,  cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise dealt with except in  accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Points have no cash or monetary  value. Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. may, at its absolute discretion, allow the  transfer of Points under certain exceptional circumstances.
                            Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. may change, at any time and  without prior notice, these Terms and Conditions, the Gift offers and/or the  Participating Companies. Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. may make that change even  if it has the effect of reducing or extinguishing the number or value of, or  the period of expiry of, any existing or future Points. Glory TravelMart Sdn.  Bhd. will attempt to notify Members of any changes. Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd.  may also change, at any time and without prior notice, the qualifying goods and  services including concessions and savings extended by Participating Companies  for Members enjoyment and/or the number of Points, which Members will receive  for purchasing such goods and services.
                            A notice shall be deemed to be given by Glory TravelMart  Sdn. Bhd. to a Member if it is posted to the address of the Member appearing in  the Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. records or published in the media or on its  website under the domain names of www.glorytravelmart.travel, www.travelplus.com.my or www.trulymalaysia.com.my.
                            Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. is not liable under the  following circumstances:-
                            
                              - Any delay in replacing a Membership Card or for any  unauthorized use of Membership;
 
                              - Any failure of a Member to notify a Participating Company  that a transaction is a travel+ CLUB  REWARDS transaction;
 
                              - Any delay/failure of a Participating Company to notify  Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. of the details of a transaction;
 
                              - Any unauthorized redemption of Points;
 
                              - Any unauthorized use of Points or unauthorized sale of  Points;
 
                              - Any loss, theft or damage to any Gift in the course of  delivery;
 
                              - Any Gift not being available for any reason;
 
                              - Any failure by the Supplier to meet the Terms and  Conditions to supply the Gift;
 
                              - Any failure to notify Members of any changes in these  Terms and Conditions, the Gift offered, Participating Companies, qualifying  goods and services including concessions and savings extended by Participating  Companies for Members enjoyment and/or the number of Points which will be recorded  for the purchase of qualifying goods and services;
 
                              - The suspension and/or termination of the Program;
 
                              - Any technical failure of system, including Website  under the domain names of www.glorytravelmart.travel, www.travelplus.com.my or www.trulymalaysia.com.my which may obstruct  a Member's transaction.
 
                            
                            All conditions and warranties whether express or implied  and whether arising under legislation or otherwise, as to the condition,  suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any goods or services supplied under  the Program are expressly excluded to the full extent permitted by law. Any  liability Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. may have to a Member under legislation in  respect of such goods and services which cannot be excluded is limited, where  permitted, to supplying, or paying the cost of supplying, the goods or services  again or repairing, or paying the costs of repairing the goods, at Glory  TravelMart Sdn. Bhd.'s option. Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. provides the Program  for Participating Companies and Suppliers, and any exclusion or limitation of  liability in these Terms and Conditions also applies to each of those companies,  their employees and agents. Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd.'s Business Partners do  not have any authority, express or implied, to make any representation,  warranty or statement on behalf of Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd.
                            Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to suspend  or terminate the travel+ CLUB REWARDS Program at any time without prior notice. Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. reserves  the right to assign or sell the Program to another company whereby Glory  TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. transfers all rights and obligations under these  Membership terms without any further consent and may disclose or transfer all  information held about Members to a prospective or actual new owner. Such a  disclosure or transfer may not alter the rights of the Member in respect of the  use that can be made of such information by such other company.
                            Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. is a company registered in Malaysia under company registration number 556404-A  whose registered office is 64 Persiaran 65C, Pekeliling Business Center 53000  Kuala Lumpur Wilayah Persekutuan, Malaysia.
                            CERTIFICATE/VOUCHER:
                              These terms describe in detail the terms and condition  that applies to Gifts in the form of Certificates and Vouchers.
                            
                              - The certificate/voucher is only valid for use at  participating outlets or Suppliers as mentioned on the certificate/voucher and  only on specific matters mentioned therein. Please refer to the outlet listing  for more specific terms.
 
                              - The certificate/voucher is only valid for use until  the expiry date indicated on it and is not transferable.
 
                              - If the certificate/voucher remains unused after the  expiry date, it will not be extended and replaced.
 
                              - Cancellation of certificate/voucher will not be  accepted to allow reinstatement of Points.
 
                              - The certificate/voucher is not refundable or  exchangeable for cash.
 
                              - In the event that certificate/voucher is in the form  of cash vouchers, the recipient will have to bear the difference if purchase of  goods or services exceeds the certificate/voucher face value. If the purchase  amount is less than the certificate/voucher value, the difference will not be  paid out to the recipient.
 
                              - t is the recipient's responsibility to make their own  reservation with the participating outlets or Suppliers when required.
 
                              - Please note that hotel reservations are subject to room  availability. It is advisable that a credit card number be provided to the  hotel to help ensure that reservations are kept open for late check-ins.
 
                              - For hotel certificates/vouchers, the recipient is  required to place a deposit upon check-in. Incidental charges, if any, will be  borne by the recipient and will be deducted from the deposit. Remaining deposit  is refundable.
 
                              - The recipient may be requested to present their NRIC/Passport,  original certificate/voucher and travel+  CLUB REWARDS Membership Card upon redemption at the selected participating  outlets or Suppliers.
 
                              - Only original certificates/vouchers will be accepted.  Participating outlets or Suppliers will not accept damaged, defaced or  photocopied certificate/vouchers.
 
                              - The participating outlet or Supplier also reserves  the right to decline the certificate/voucher if found to be forged, tampered,  expired and the certificate/voucher details do not match the recipient's NRIC/Passport.
 
                              - Glory TravelMart Sdn. Bhd. or the participating  outlets/Suppliers will not replace lost, stolen, damaged and expired  certificate/vouchers.
 
                              - This certificate/voucher may not be valid during  promotions or special offers. As such, the recipient is required to refer to  the participating outlets/Suppliers during the stipulated period of the  certificate/voucher validity.
 
                              - Please be advised that the participating outlets or  Suppliers own terms and conditions (which includes reservation requirements,  cancellation restrictions, warranties and limitations) will also apply.
