			   Glory TravelMart Sdn.  Bhd., Lanson Place Ambassador Row Serviced Residences User  Agreement 
			  Terms and Conditions 
			  Glory TravelMart Sdn.  Bhd., licensed by Malaysia Tourism Promotion Board as an Inbound Travel Agency with  license No. 4121 is the operator of this website under the domain names of www.glorytravelmart.travel, www.travelplus.com.my and www.trulymalaysia.com.my,  hereinafter referred as GTSB. 
			  Rates 
			    Rates quoted in our  website are subject to 6% Government Tax and 10% Service Charge unless  specified otherwise and there are no additional booking fees. These special low  rates are only available when you make a booking in advance via the Internet. 
			  Reservations 
			    Reservations are confirmed by our system once a Credit Card guarantee for FULL prepayment  of total booking value of the hotel product is authorized at the time of  reservation. 
			  a) travel+ CLUB REWARDS Member 
			    To check the status  of your reservation, you will be required to login into Member Center using your own user ID and Password. In this page, click Reservation History; under Reservation Details you will receive a  number in the Approval Code field as a notification confirming of your  reservation, which the number is same to your Credit Card issuing bank  transaction Approval Code that guarantee FULL prepayment. Should you not  receive the required number within 24 hours, you are to notify us immediately.  GTSB shall not be responsible for any loss or delay caused by this issue. 
			  b) GUEST 
			    You will receive a  confirmation via e-mail. The e-mail contains a voucher that is valid for your  room. At the time of booking you MUST ensure that the email address  given is correct and reachable. Should you not receive any email from our  system within 24 hours, you are required to notify us immediately. GTSB shall  not be responsible for any loss or delay caused by this issue. 
			  Making payment  through our online payment gateway OR leaving your Credit Card information on  the server shall be regarded as your firm confirmation of arrival. Should you  fail to fulfill your booking, for all circumstances, the cancellation and  no-show policy will be applied. 
			  Hotel room  availability has been given to us in good faith. In the event that the hotel or  services are not available, GTSB shall endeavor to remedy the case by offering  alternative services. However, GTSB shall not be responsible or become liable  in contract or tort for any damage, loss, and delay to person or property,  additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by such  issue. 
			  Payment  
			    You will be required  to have a valid Credit Card to confirm your reservation. The Credit Card details  may be made confidentially by secure server at the time of making a  reservation. For your convenience, a form for entering your Credit Card details  is available to print after submission of the booking. You will be required to  be charged FULL prepayment of total booking value of the hotel product to your  Credit Card upon the confirmation as stated in the LANSON PLACE AMBASSADOR ROW SERVICED RESIDENCES Reservation, Cancellation and No Show Policy section. 
			  The hotel will ask  for a valid Credit Card again on check-in. This is to cover incidental expenses  like additional meals, drinks, laundry, etc. You will remain responsible for  payment of all such extra charges direct to the hotel. 
			  
                
                  LANSON PLACE AMBASSADOR ROW SERVICED RESIDENCES 
                          Reservation, Cancellation and No Show    Policy  
                      A FULL prepayment    of total booking value of the hotel product will be charged to your Credit Card    directly by the hotel at the time reservation is made. 
                    Should you fail to    fulfill your booking, for all circumstances, the cancellation and no-show    policy will be applied. 
                    Cancellation &    No Show Policy 
                      - Your confirmed reservation is regarded as your firm confirmation of    arrival and cannot be cancelled. 
                      - There will be no refund in full or in part for early check-out,    delayed arrival, shortening of stay, reduction of room or cancellation. 
                      - Likewise, in the    event that you fail to arrive at the hotel for a confirmed reservation (No    Show), there will be no refund in full or in part.  | 
                 
               
			  Amendments 
			    Request for amendment to your booking/reservation of the hotel product is limited only to the change/postponement/deferment of Check-In and Check-Out  Date. However, when amendment is made you are irrevocable to utilize all  room nights and/or units of room successively; applicable only to whom  originally used to make booking for 2 room nights and/or 2 units of room and  more. 
			  A confirmed  reservation of a particular booking/reservation is allowed amendment ONCE only and is subject to  availability at the time of request, which is at the discretion of the hotel.  
			  Amendment, either by fax or e-mail is to be made directly with the hotel giving  notice no less than 14 days prior to the date of Check-In and must be made  in writing, quoting your confirmed reservation Approval Code number and the email  address you originally used to make your booking. 
			  All amendments are  subject to the Cancellation & No Show Policy as stipulated by the hotel and  you are liable for any additional charges or expenses imposed in respect of  such amendments. Your amendment is acknowledged and accepted only when you  receive an amendment confirmation from the hotel. Proof of sending is not  regarded as proof of delivery. 
			  You agree not to hold  GTSB or the hotel liable in the event that you fail to secure any amendment to  your previously booked/reserved hotel product. 
			  Check In/Out Time  
			    Unless specified  otherwise, the Check-In time is two o'clock in the afternoon (14:00 PM) and the  Check-Out time is twelve noon (12:00 PM) 
			  Suitability of  Product  
			    We do not represent  that any travel product or service set out on our website is suitable for you. You  are responsible for your travel planning and any bookings/reservations or  amendments made to the same based on such planning. You release GTSB from any  claims in relation to the travel products and services described on the web  site, including claims that the products or services are not suitable. 
			  Illustrations  
			    Photographs and  illustrations and other promotional material are for promotion purposes only.  They do not represent any benefit that will be included in any arrangements  made by you. 
			  Privacy 
			    You have read our Privacy Policy and agree that the terms of such policy are  reasonable. You consent to the use of your personal information by our site  and/or its third party providers and distributors in accordance with the terms  of and for the purposes set forth in the GTSB Privacy Policy. 
			  Responsibility of GTSB  
			    GTSB and its third  party websites act only as agent for the person or companies providing  accommodation, transport or other services, hereinafter called 'Service  Providers' and GTSB issues all coupons, vouchers, tickets or other documents on  the Service Providers' terms and conditions. 
			  You acknowledge that  neither GTSB, nor its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, servants or agents  shall be responsible or become liable in contract or tort for any injury,  damage, loss, delay to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience  caused directly or indirectly by any Service Provider or by "force majeure"  or other events beyond GTSB's control, including, but not limited to war, civil  disturbance, pilferage, delays, severe weather, Acts of God, Acts of  Government, accidents to or failure of machinery, equipment, vehicles or  industrial disputes. 
			  GTSB shall not be  liable for, or responsible to, any customer in the event of dissatisfaction based  on personal opinion regarding the standard of service or accommodation neither  provided by any Service Provider nor is liable or responsible for any  disappointment, distress, and lack of enjoyment arising from any act or  omission whatsoever. GTSB will only acknowledge liability in the case of proven  justified complaints relating to specific and tangible inadequacies of  facilities, accommodation or services provided. In the event of such a  complaint the customer is requested to immediately contact GTSB or the Service  Provider, hotel etc., for remedial action to resolve any problem or  irregularity at that time. Only if such a complaint has been lodged will GTSB  consider fully investigating and acting on any complaint. 
			  Travel Insurance  
			    We strongly recommend  that all travel+ CLUB REWARDS members and Guests (clients) to take  out travel comprehensive insurance when making a booking. We recommend that  insurance covers loss of deposit and other monies through cancellation, loss or  damage to personal baggage and loss of money, medical expenses, and additional  expenses to cover hotel accommodation and repatriation costs should any  services need to be extended or curtailed due to illness or other insurable  risk. 
			  Website Content  
			    The website content  is subject to change without notice before or during your stay. GTSB has  endeavored to ensure that all information on the website is accurate, but can  accept no responsibility for inaccuracy, or truth of statements made. 
			  All fares and prices  quoted are correct at the time of publishing. Such fares, prices and  international rates of exchange are subject to change, which in turn may affect  room rates quoted. Regardless of a deposit or full payment having been made,  any increase in the rates must also be paid by the customer. If such increase  is unacceptable, the customer retains the right to cancel his/her booking.  However, attention is drawn to the possibility that some cancellation charges  may be imposed covering GTSB cancellation cost. 
			  Modification  
			    GTSB may at anytime  modify these terms and conditions and your continued use of this site will be  conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use. 
			  Governing Law 
			    This Agreement and  its performance shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and  any dispute concerning it or its interpretation shall be adjudicated in that  jurisdiction. 
			  Additional Terms  
			    Additional terms and  conditions may apply to reservations, and other uses of portions of this site,  and you agree to abide by such other terms and conditions. 
			  Where applicable,  GTSB as agents for the hotel, wholesale companies and other suppliers reserve  the right to levy a whole period or pro-rated room charge for cancellations and  no show, where the hotel has stipulated this under their own cancellation and  no show policy. 
			  Entire Agreement  
			    This User Agreement,  together with any terms and conditions incorporated or referred to herein,  constitute the entire agreement between you and GTSB relating to the subject  matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether  oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or  modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications  available on this site.
